Local Bridal Events Happening!

If you’re one of the lucky couples that became engaged over the holidays we’d like to say a hearty congratulations to you. It’s just the beginning of a fun-filled time of planning and dreaming and making important decisions that will affect your special wedding day and beyond.

One of the fun parts of being a couple that has just become engaged is being able to attend the different bridal shows taking place in the area. Since the holidays are a favorite time to become engaged, January tends to have more shows than at other times of the year. Go ahead and attend them and soak it all in. It's a very special time in your life!

 

 

The Silver Coast Bridal Show will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, January 25 at the Silver Coast Winery in Ocean Isle Beach. You’ll get to meet local wedding vendors and learn all about their services. This vast assortment of vendors provides services such as catering, photography, officiants, wedding cakes, DJs and entertainment, event rentals, limos, venues, event planners, florists, and so much more! Utilize the expertise of local wedding professionals and have your wedding day be all that it can be. There will also be a DYI booth to help you create your favorite Pinterest centerpiece. Free admission to the event. Silver Coast Winery, 6680 Barbeque Road, Ocean Isle Beach, NC.

 

 

 

The Southern Cape Fear Bridal Showcase will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 15 at St. James Community Center, 4136 Southport-Supply Rd., Southeast, Southport. Attend this event for all your wedding planning needs in the Southern Cape Fear Coast. Representatives from caterers, reception and wedding venues, entertainment consultants, florists, photographers, videographers, DJs, accommodations, wedding officiants, event planners, jewelers, transportation services and more will be on hand to assist in preparation for your perfect wedding in the Southern Cape Fear Coast. More than $1000 in door prizes will be awarded during the showcase. All brides in attendance will receive an official Southern Cape Fear Coast wedding planner. Advance tickets are available at the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce, 4433 Long Beach Road, Southport. $5 admission. Brides are admitted free!
